Hey!
My name is Sally and I'm running a fitblr to provide motivation and education in leading a healthy lifestyle to be the best you can be.
I am female, 21, 5'2", vegetarian, and am a big fan of running, dance, yoga, and snowboarding. Looking forward to following you all!

When another runner spares the energy to smile at you <3
brain: why are you going so slow?
lungs: I currently hate you.
feet: I'm gonna turn into 10 pound weights now.
Legs muscles: I am going to start hurting in random places, kay?
Sidewalk: I really want to trip you in one of my holes or bumps.
People in cars: *hoooonk* Run Forrest Run!
People walking: nice ass baby
Me: Why do I do this to myself?
Me: ...
Me at end of run: I love running so much! I would never give this up!

I’m thinking of getting an Elephant family along my forearm, silhouetted and about 2.5” in length.
Elephants symbolise mental strength (among many other things), and as a family I like to see this image as supporting each other, especially the youngest.
Any thoughts?
I have exams starting next week, so naturally I am a little stressed. This is fine, except that I find it difficult to sleep when I’m stressed, so then I get tired and can’t revise well, which makes me more stressed, which makes it harder to sleep…you get the idea.
I love to go for a run when I’m stressed but here’s how it’s been going lately:
Me: Let’s wake up at 7.30am, go for a long run followed by a powerful yoga session and then we’ll be ready to LEARN.
Body: I’m hearing 11.15am.
Me: Fucks sake body, now I feel too exhausted to move and I need to make up for lost revision time!
Me: All right, let’s go to bed early and try this again tomorrow (goes to bed)
Body: waitoneseconddidwehavetorevisethattopictoo?Whatdidthelecturersayaboutthatstudythatwasreallyimportant…shitimgoingtohavetolookthatupohmanimgonnafailsohardonthiswhyamihere (eventually sleeps at 3am)
I sleep through my alarm and wake at 11.15am. But not today! Today I hauled myself out at 7.30am, went for a 6 mile run, and began revising. I’m exhausted but if I do this for a few days hopefully I can get my routine back on track. WHYYY must we sleep?
